Cultural Bridge Programs at a Glance
Through a partnership with AARP, Asia Society Texas offers several entry points for communities to learn about Asian cultures, traditions and talents. Asia Society’s holistic programming educates and entertains by creating the highest quality engaging experiences from a variety of countries, cultures, viewpoints and art forms.
Asia Society Texas is hosting seven (7) educational events taking place between July 2022 and January 2023, available to AARP members and others (as space permits). The virtual and in-person events listed are tied to AARP’s local health and cultural understanding priorities. Below are courses offered and open to the public from the Asia Society Texas as well as AARP members.

The Cultural Bridges Series at Asia Society is presented by AARP. The Asia Society Texas Center’s education and outreach programs are presented by Wells Fargo. Generous funding also provided by the Cathay Bank Foundation and the George and Mary Josephine Hamman Foundation. Additional support is provided by Friends of Asia Society Texas Center, a dedicated group of individuals and organizations committed to bringing the best in exhibits and public programming to Houston.
