PMG will begin pre-rental at Society Biscayne, the highly anticipated social living community on Biscayne Boulevard in downtown Miami. Pre-lease begins Friday, December 10, and moves are expected to begin in Spring 2022. The 49-story Biscayne Society is being developed in partnership with Toronto-based real estate private equity firm Greybrook Realty Partners.

Located at 400 Biscayne Boulevard, the 882,000 square foot project will provide 646 rental apartments, 32,000 square feet of commercial space and a redesigned 22,000 square foot Miami First United Methodist Church. Retail on the ground floor will include a corner cafe and meeting space by Cafe Domino and a new concept cocktail bar and lobby restaurant by Jaguar Sun. PMG’s offices will also be moved to the development once completed.
The facilities at the Biscayne Society include a huge swimming pool with a 16-foot screen, a covered bar and a grill terrace; an outdoor yoga platform and theater lawn; a hot tub with a view of the sky and overlooking the city center; a modern two-level gym and fitness studio with daily classes; a two-level coworking lab with conference rooms; 24/7 concierge and smart parcel lockers. A mobile app will provide residents with keyless access to units and common areas, guest lists and access, payments and maintenance requests, thermostats, package tracking, registration for community events and messaging.
The Society Living portfolio was created to meet the insatiable demand for reasonable rents near urban centers, where modern neighbors can connect and thrive together.
